You agree to acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions set forth below. If you don't agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the services or immediately terminate the services.
We may change the terms and conditions at any time by posting an update version. The updated version of the Terms of service shall take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of use periodically for updates/change. As long as you comply with this terms of use, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, no-transferable privilege to enter and avail the services.
Services:
Typen ensure you to provide the following services:
1. Typing: In typing we provide various kind of services, like typing Word, Excel, Power Point, Presentation, Books, Bio-Data, Letter, Magazine and Application. It's very easy to avail these services. For a typing order you have to select the kind of service you want and you have to upload your documents there. Then wait for our call for approval of the order and go for the payment.
2. Printing: In printing also we provide various kind of services, like printing Document, Book, Photo, Letter, Presentation, Business card and Certificate. To avail these services you have to select the kind of service you want from the printing section and then upload the relevant files to place your order. We will call you to ensure every single details of your order. After receiving call from us you can go for the payment.
3. Binding: Binding is another service that we provide. In binding we include three types of binding, like Spiral Binding, Soft Binding, Hard Binding. For binding you should strictly note that we will not entertain any request of book binding that have not been printed by Typen.

Services are currently available to customers with an active Indian mobile
number and active email id.
Contact information:
1. Mobile Number: After downloading the Typen app, there will be a login page which will require your mobile number. You have to enter your mobile number to create your personal id to use this app. After entering the mobile number you will receive an OTP via SMS on your registered number, it's only to make sure that the number you have given us is genuine. Every time you log out from this app, to login again you have to enter your registered mobile number and verify it again. If you enter another number you will be directed to a new profile, but for your previous profile you have to enter the previous mobile number.
It is your responsibility to provide your correct mobile number so that we can communicate with you via SMS. If there is any problem with your registered mobile number or you want to change your given number you can go for it, but the verifying process will be the same.
2. Email Address: After registering your mobile number first time on this app you will be asked for your name and email id. There will be no verification process for your email id. This email will be shown on right at the top of your profile. You can change your name and email id whenever you want by going through the 'Profile Setting' option. When you place an order (only for typing) on this app you can give us the email id by which you want to receive your documents, this email id can vary as you want to.
It's
your responsibility to provide your correct email id so that we can contact
with you via email and send you our latest offers, details about our app.
Platform for Payment:
While availing any of the payment
methods available on the App, we will not be responsible or assume any
liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or
indirectly to you due to:
1.
Lack of authorization for any transactions, or
2. Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by You and between 'Banks', or
3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
4. Decline of transaction for any other reasons
All payments made
against the services on app by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees
acceptable in the Republic of India. App will not facilitate any other form of
currency with respect to the purchases made on this app.
Before delivering your order to you, Seller may request you to provide supporting documents (including Govt. issued id and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment method used by you for your service. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online service to our customers.
In this app you have to pay us after your order is being approved. To pay us you can use Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI and Paytm Wallet. In this app you only pay us, there is no third-party involved. Please make sure that you don't pay anywhere out of this app. The total value shown in the order details is the only amount you pay us, there is no hidden charges or transection charges you have to pay.
So, the
procedure of paying us is so easy.
Saftey:
The 'Typen' will keep all of your content, shall mean text, image or other material you choose to give on this application, secure, private and safe. Typen will delete all of your content after you received your delivery. In case of typing order your documents will be deleted after 10 days of the delivery. It will be kept in our repository for your editing purposes.
Privacy:
We view protection of your privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that you and your personal information is one of our most important assets. We store and process your information including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules there under. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way please do not use Typen.
We will never disclose personal information to third parties. Be comfortable to use our services it's totally harmless and secured. Our employs are always working on the security process of the App.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Typen or its
licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or
agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential
damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use,
data, or profits, whether or not Typen has been advised of the possibility of
damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site
or of failure to provide products or services that you order from Typen or its
affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake,
omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Typen be
liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related
to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.
Note:
Your files uploaded by you shall be deleted as soon as the printout is taken and shall not be shared with any one or stored with typen under any circumstances. Typen takes no responsibility of documents commonly available on the web.
The Document remains the property of its copyright holder at all times. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You hold copyright, or have permission from the copyright holder, for reproduction of all text, images, designs and any other intellectual property contained in all Electronic Files uploaded to www.Typen.in for printing and/or binding Printing of Certificate Issued by Government Autority or Any Other institution.
We Don't Print Certificates / Mark-sheets Issued by any Government Authority or Any Other Institutions. If Still the Customer Places the order for the same, then we will print "COPY" or "DUPLICATE" on the same.
When you use our App, we collect and store your information which is provided by you from time to time. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our App to make your experience safer and easier. More importantly, while doing so we collect personal information from you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose. By using this app you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Typen.
