        Order Cancellation

Before Processing: You may cancel your order before it is processed. In this case, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

After Processing: Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. You may opt for a refund based on our refund eligibility criteria.

 

        Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

Defective Product: If the product you receive is defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, we will offer a full refund or exchange for the correct item. The incorrect product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging.

Non-Delivery of Product: If the product is not delivered within the specified time frame due to reasons on our end, a full refund can be requested.

 

        Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel or return a product due to personal reasons (other than defect or wrong product), we will not offer a refund.

Custom Orders: Customized products, including those printed as per customer specifications (e.g., book printing or study material printing), are non-refundable unless defective.

Late Requests: If the refund or issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.

 

        Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Upon approval of your request, we will arrange for the return or pickup of the product (if required).

Step 3: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product, or immediately in the case of cancellations before dispatch. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

 

        Shipping Costs

Refund for Defective/Wrong Product: We will cover the return shipping costs for any defective or wrong product delivered.

Non-Refundable Cases: Shipping fees for any return due to personal reasons will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

        Payment Gateway Refund Policy

For orders paid via the Payment Gateway, refunds will follow these guidelines:

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approving your refund request. Once initiated, the refund may take up to 2-7 business days to reflect in your wallet or bank account, depending on your payment method.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the same account or payment method that was used during the original transaction.

Transaction Fees: Transaction fees, if applicable, will not be refunded. Only the product amount and any applicable taxes will be refunded.

Refund Notification: You will receive a notification from Typen once the refund has been processed. Please check your wallet or linked bank account for updates.
